Thanks so much, Ray! 🙂 Hearing from you is like a refreshing breeze from the Dandenongs! 🙂

I have been hard at work on the next novel, actually–but stopped all activity for about 2 1/2 weeks 'cause of flu. That's put me behind not only in writing, but in all the other stuff I have to do for the upcoming launch. But no worries, I'm slowly catching up! 🙂

When I was in Melbourne, I was really impressed at how far ahead you are in public consciousness over water conversation and global warming. I'm so sorry to see political Neanderthalism get in the way of protecting Australia (and the world) on climate change. I hope common sense prevails … if not, maybe it's time for Australian Rules at Canberra? 😉

Take care–thanks for everything–and avagoodweegend yourself, mate! 🙂

I was wondering what happened to you. Thought: hmm, hard at work on that next novel. Nope, enjoying a well-earned break it seems. We have pretty nice Pacific Ocean views here too – but about 19 hours earlier I think!
No turkeys for us here though – we have plenty of them in Canberra. They are generally members of the Conservative Opposition, who are still challenging Climate Change.
    Here's an example

Still, musn't let it get us down.

Anyway, here's my thanks for the enjoyment I got from your first novel. Looking forward to the new series soon!
And when Friday comes, as we say here:
    avagoodweegend!
    cheers
